A local agency with an international mindset

Bayside was founded in 2014 in Arrecife with a simple idea: bring the processes and tech of professional hospitality operators to vacation rentals in the Canary Islands, without losing the warmth of a local team.

In 2022 we migrated the entire operation to Guesty and to the revenue management stack used by industry references like Onefinestay, Altido or Sonder. From there, we developed our direct booking channel and consolidated a distributed boutique-hotel model.

Today we manage vacation rentals in Lanzarote and La Graciosa, with reservation management, local multilingual support during each stay (ES/EN/DE) and full compliance with Canary Islands' VV regulation. In 2026 we expand to Fuerteventura and Gran Canaria.
